2. TESTING AND COMMISSIONING

2.1. DICT representative shall inspect the supply and installation to ensure full compliance with the TOR
(Inspection and Acceptance).
2.2. Winning Bidder shall be required to submit testing procedures or scripts for review and approval of
DICT Authorized Project Representatives.
2.3. All Testing to be performed shall be based on the approved test procedures.
2.4. Initial User’s Training will be conducted after the Inspection and Acceptance.
2.5. As-built plans and other project related documentation shall be submitted to DICT upon completion
of User Acceptance Test (UAT) or at a period to be approved by DICT but not prior to UAT.
3. WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE
3.1. Supplied Equipment and Devices shall be covered with Three (3) Years warranty against defects in
parts, material and workmanship. Consumables shall be included free-of-charge within the effectivity
of the warranty period.
3.2. Form of warranty shall be as specified in Section 62.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and
Regulations (IRR) of R.A. 9184, the Government Procurement Reform Act and its Implementing
Rules and Regulations.
3.3. Technical assistance shall be provided within 2 hours upon receipt of call during normal working
hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM)
3.4. Labor to repair or replace these components shall be provided by the contractor at no charge during

 the effectivity of the warranty period.
3.5. Materials provided but not installed by the contractor shall be covered to the extent of the product
only. Installation services shall be the responsibility of the contractor.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

15% of Total Contract Upon Issuance of Notice to Proceed and Submission of

Price Implementation Plan (GANTT Chart)

Upon completion of delivery of 25 TR PACUs including

40% of Total Contract outdoor units and EMS System with connected sensors
Price and nodes.

35%of Total Contract Upon completion of Inspection and Acceptance of

Price PACUs, EMS, Sensors, and User’s Training.

10% of Total Contract
