RELOCATION OF C-6

COMPRESSOR FROM SVS

SVS C-6 RELOCATION TO WVS
 Due to shutting-in condition of K-27 wellhead, SVS C-6 compressor is made available for wellhead compression.
 ENI plans to relocate SVS C-6 compressor to WVS to line up C-6 with K-17/K-24 flow line.
 Currently, K-17/K-24 did not flow simultaneously to WVS due to difference in FWHPs.
 ENI intends to drain out K-17 and K-24 simultaneously via SVS C-6 compressor.
 Proposed work is shown in the sketch below

DRAWBACKS OF RELOCATION FROM SVS TO WVS
 Currently, K-24 is flowing with FWHP of 168 psig and reach WVS at 130 psig, producing 3.3 MMSCFD of gas.
While K-17 is flowing with FWHP of 300 psig and reach 140 psig, producing 4.0 MMSCFD of gas.

 Installing SVS C-6 compressor in line with K-17 & K-24 simultaneously will relieve back-pressure from K-17
wellhead.

 Expected comingle flow from K-17/K-24 will reach WVS at 140 – 150 psig. Minimum suction pressure of SVS C-6
compressor is 150 psig. Below this pressure the compressor engine is expected to de-rate.

 Estimated reserves of K-17 and K-24 are 0.8 BCF and 0.6 BCF respectively. Relocation of SVS C-6 compressor to
WVS will not be feasible for these small reserves.
SVS C-6 RELOCATION TO K-19 WELLHEAD
 Currently, K-19 wellhead is lined up with WVS C-1 (RAM) compressor.
 PEC suggest to relocate SVS C-6 compressor to K-19 wellhead due to the following advantages.

 WVS is facing severe terrain induced slugging due to elevation profile of K-19 pipeline. These slugs ranges
from 500-1000 BPD. These slugs will further increase in future with declining pressure from K-19 wellhead.
Relocation of SVS C-5 compressor along with proposed SC & BC skid (Handling Capacity 500-800 BPD) at K-
19 wellhead will help to mitigate terrain induced slugging at WVS.

 Installation of compressor at K-19 wellhead will also address the start-up issues of WVS C-1 compressor in
near future due to inclined terrain of flow line during low FWHP.

SVS C-6 RELOCATION TO K-19 WELLHEAD
 WHFT of K-19 wellhead is also high enough to damage the pipeline coating and enhanced corrosion rate of
K-19 flow line. Previously, a section of K-19 pipeline is corroded and is replaced by ENI. Corroded portion is
shown below. By Relocating SVS C-6 compressor to K-19 wellhead lower flow line temperatures will be
achieve through compressor after-cooler. Proposed relocation will ensure prolong life of K-19 flow line.
SVS C-6 RELOCATION TO K-19 WELLHEAD

 At low FWHP of K-19 wellhead, WVS C1 compressor will not be able to boost K-19 fluid towards KCF as it is
design at high suction pressure. Installation of wellhead compressor will be helpful during depletion of K-19
wellhead.
Performance constraints of WVS C1 compressor
Minimum suction pressure = 300 psig
Discharge Pressure = 1137 psig
Flow rate = 5.832 MMSCFD
Below this pressure WVS C-1 compressor will trip at high discharge temperatures.

 Estimated reserves of K-19 wellhead is 5.9 BCF. Proposed relocation will be feasible for large amount of
reserves present in K-19 wellhead. Moreover, it will be helpful to recover large percentage of estimated
reserves.

 Proposed relocation is shown on next slide.
