COMPREHENSIVE WATER QUALITY MANAGEMENT AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES REPUBLIC ACT 9275 PHILIPPINE CLEAN WATER ACT OF 2004 SEC. 8. DOMESTIC SEWAGE COLLECTION, TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL. - WITHIN FIVE (5) YEARS FOLLOWING THE EFFECTIVITY OF THIS ACT, THE AGENCY VESTED TO PROVIDE WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE FACILITIES AND/OR CONCESSIONAIRES IN METRO MANILA AND OTHER HIGHLY URBANIZED CITIES (HUCS) AS DEFINED IN REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7160, IN COORDINATION WITH LGUS, SHALL BE REQUIRED TO CONNECT THE EXISTING SEWAGE LINE FOUND IN ALL SUBDIVISIONS REPUBLIC ACT 8749 PHILIPPINE CLEAN AIR ACT OF 1999 THE LAW AIMS TO ACHIEVE AND MAINTAIN CLEAN AIR THAT MEETS THE NATIONAL AIR QUALITY GUIDELINE VALUES FOR CRITERIA POLLUTANTS, THROUGHOUT THE PHILIPPINES, WHILE MINIMIZING THE POSSIBLE ASSOCIATED IMPACTS TO THE ECONOMY. REPUBLIC ACT 9003 OR THE ECOLOGICAL SOLID MANAGEMENT ACT (SECTION 48, PARA 3). ANTI-BURNING LAW. BURNING OF LEAVES AND WASTE MATERIALS IS PROHIBITED
