ANALYSIS

Majority of the data came in favor of Suvidha Supermarket , people were happy with the services . Points which I
found are-

 Most Customers are from AGE GROUP ( 18 to 44 )


• FOOD category is most prefferred section
 Most reached customers are homemakers and students.
 Discounts & Quality are the main elements of supermarket
 45 % are monthly visitors and 20 % are daily visitors
 95 % Delivery on time
 Overall rating is 4.0 which is good .

RECOMMENDATION
 

After analyzing the data there are few things regarding which supermarket should be concerned about-

• Provide more assistance to the customers.

• Increases varieties in product

• Try to resolve customers issues on time with accurate solution

• Lack of effective management.

CONCLUSION

I can sincerely say that my time went through interning with SUVIDHA SUPERMARKET brought about
perhaps the best summer of my life. Moreover, I had an inclination that I had the option to add to the
organization by helping and taking a shot at tasks all through the mid year. I gained knowledge about how to
build and maintain CRM and it’s benefits and how in future they will change the organizational environment
and make things easy and digital, but above all I learned how important data analysis will be in future in
these coming 10 years the need of analysis and it’s scope will only increase. Also the Marketing Manager of
Suvidha Supermarket help me to know what corporate wants from an individual and how to fulfill it. Though
my experience has been great but if the situation have been better I would have learned many new things.

In general, my entry level position at SUVIDHA SUPERMARKET has been a triumph. I had the option to
increase down to earth abilities, work in an incredible domain, and make associations that will endure
forever. I am very progressively grateful.
