1.  The Ability to Reduce Negative Emotions
There are three levels of reducing negative emotions:
• Know
•Think
• Do
 In the “Know” Section, . I will tell you what exactly I mean by
emotions.

Think” Section, I will tell you about what rational


attitudes you should get rid of in order not to let your
feelings constantly gain upper hand over you, about
what exactly you should think if you want to overcome
your negative emotions.
Do” – is the part of the article, which is closely related to
practice. In this part, I will describe the specific techniques by
means of which you will be able to manage your emotions, to
relax, to get rid of your anger, fear and panic.

These three sections reflect the actual steps of negative emotion


management. First, you should know something about emotions.
Second, you will need the ability to direct your thinking in the
right way and to get rid of the thoughts. Third, you will definitely
need to master the techniques, which allow you to pull yourself
together and to settle your thinking.
2.  The Ability to Stay Cool and Manage Stress
 Here are two quick tips:
A.If you feel nervous and anxious, put cold water on your face and
get some fresh air. Cool temperature can help reduce our anxiety
 level.

B. If you feel fearful, depressed, or discouraged, try intense


aerobic exercises. Energize yourself. The way we use our body
affects greatly the way we feel. As the saying goes - motion
dictates emotion.

Pay Attention to How You Behave
While you’re practicing your emotional
awareness, pay attention to your behavior too. Notice
how you act when you’re experiencing certain
emotions, and how that affects your day-to-day life
Create A Positive Environment
Creating a positive environment not only
improves your quality of life, but it can be
improve your emotional intelligence.
6: Sleep deprivation
Sleep deprivation has a negative effect on your
ability to focus, regulate your emotions and curb
impulsive behavior. Your brain is just like your
computer battery; Your brain is just like your
computer battery; it needs to be recharged. Be
sure to get enough sleep every night to help
increase your EQ.
