PERMIT LETTER
EVENT PERMIT PROCEDURE EO brings permit letter in a form of proposal about
the event and explain about Covid-19 security
system to the local police (POLSEK).

contains:
1. Attachment letter from the venue
2. Police (POLSEK) recommendation
3. Covid-19 security proposal
Gugus Tugas will set a schedule for EO. EO will present to Gugus Tugas about the event and
all of the protocols that will be applied during the event.
