SANITIZATION
HNG PRESENT STATUS
• Sales & Operations heavily impacted due to Covid 19 - Lock down announcement by GoI on 24th .
March. Working towards bringing operations at Base Load post approvals from Authorities.
• Glass Industry is a Continuous Process Industry .We are engaged in manufacturing of Glass bottles
for Food & Pharma which are declared essential commodities.
• Individual plants have applied for Continuity of Operations at Base load during lock down period with
concerned District Magistrates (DM). Each plant has submitted detailed readiness plan to
Authorities. Post subsequent inspection , approvals in place for most plants.
• As a responsible Corporate Citizen, we are maintaining high standard of Safety. We have adopted
360 approach for protection of all stakeholders. HNG Motto -“ Employees need to feel safer at Work
place than at Home”.
• Promoter Group and all Functional heads interact with all HOD’s in the unit through Video
conferencing on daily basis to ensure Compliance to Safety and Social distancing norms along with
routine operational discussions.
• RM-PM and Fuel Stock availability across plants has been ensured despite substantial challenges.
