WHAT IS IT
ABOUT?
When you look for a solution habitational,
multiples options show up immediately. Many of
them are very expensive. However, there are
others solutions as the tiny house. This is a
movement social that promotes the reduction of
space constructed in that we living (this Project
takes off in 197 when Sarah Suzanka published
her boo: The Not So Big House).
The surface is lower than 50 meters square. If
you think that tiny house are cheaper, “you hit
the nail on the head”, because the larger the
area the more it costs. Due to high cost to get a
house, the tiny house can adapt better and
faster to put on the market (this business is
picking up recently in many places of world).
Remember, if you don´t have much money, you
know the proverb: “Do not bite off more than
you can chew ”.
For that reason, this can be a good solution!
WHAT ARE THE
ADVANTAGES AND
DISADVANTAGES IT
HAS?
Regarding its advantages, is that the tiny house
could settle I pleasures areas, you can turn off
the city and move into to the wood or
countryside, by example. There is another thing
to consider, such as the disadvantages, in first
place: don´t get along with neighborhoods,
because they can feel that its proprieties lose
valor. In second place: is difficult have appliances
this kind or house, the saving energy is vital for
you maintenance, in third place: don´t have
capacity to many persons, nevertheless, this isn
´t obstacle to cheer up to have a tiny house, and
finally, I believe that its security is ow, the
thieves might break into easily.
HOW DOES IT RELATE TO
FURNITURE AND
APPLIANCES?
Both aspects, is related, seeks to stablish double
purpose in the use of furniture and appliances. In
other world: “kill two birds with one stone”.
The owners should remember that buy furniture
and appliances of high quality because: “you get
what you pay for”.
DOES IT SOUND LIKE A
MOVEMENT YU WOULD LIKE TO
BE PART OF YOU LIFESTYLE
WOULD MAKE IT DIFFICULT FOR
YOU TO EMBRACE IT?
Particularly I don´t have problem with the
movement tiny house, but I wouldn't like live in a
tiny house, they are really small. However “ To
each their own”.
I respect the opinion of the people that think:
“always room for one more”, but I believe
really that the little space is a problem. Imagine:
Let´s get together for a BBQ a weekend and rain
start, where we will fit?
 I also believe that the tiny house an be a
provisional solution in the search of a bigger
house. All problems have solution “nothing lasts
forever”
We have to work out that total cost before we
buy the house, definitely.
