in brick and stone, instead of wood.

● They also limited the height of the new houses.

● The houses were not allowed to built close together.

● The Great Fire has its own monument, which still
exists today and attracts over 160 000 visitors per
year.

● A large, hollow stone column.

● 61 metres tall.

● 311 steps to climb to reach a viewing platform that


has fantastic views over London.

● London Underground train station called Monument.
