Situation
Mobilo Indonesia Company is Indonesian electronic company investing on smartphones, mobile apps, laptops,
home appliances, bags, shoes, consumer electronics, and many other products.

There is an Internal Meeting at Marketing Department of Mobilo Indonesia Company. Here are the participants
of the meeting:

Chairperson = Irene

Staff = Tio, John, Ana, Bon

They want to launch a new smartphone of Indomobile Pro 8. They need to prepare the promotional tools; one of
them is the commercial video.

Well, since everyone is here, we should get started.

Hello, everyone. Thank you for attending today.

First I'd like to welcome you all. Thank you for coming at such short notice. I really appreciate you all for
attending this virtual meeting.

The objective of today’s meeting is we need to decide which agency to produce the commercial video of our new
product.

As I mailed you last week, we got 3 proposals; from Creative Studio, SevenTwelve Entertainment and Trustoo
Studio. Now, you’ve read the proposal, so without further ado, I’d like to open it up for discussion.
Perhaps, we can start with you Tio – what’s your view?

Well, if there’s no more discussion – we’ll put it to a vote.

We got 3 proposals. Trustoo is not one of the options as you already explained it. Then, we need to decide one
of two proposals; Creative Studio and SevenTwelve.

Then that’s agreed, SevenTwelve will be the agency producing the video.

Tio: Giving opinions
Thank you madam Chairperson.

Well, I did research to all those agencies. Let me share screen what I got. First, Creative studio is a reliable
production studio. It was built 15 years ago. It produces many videos for products such as; Indomie,
Pantene Shampoo, Marjan Syrup and many more products. Mostly, the products are about daily needs and
it emphasizes on the natural effect. What I like about the videos is the simplicity and the natural beauty.
Giving opinions
Second, SevenTwelve; it is relative a new company. It was built 3 years ago but it already produced videos on
electronic products such as Samsung, Xiami, Apple and many more videos as you can check them out at these
links. I’ll show you one video.

As you can see, it is fresh and anti-mainstream. If the target market is the youths, I guess this is the perfect
option. Yes, it give more effects but those effects just fit to the points that we want our consumers see them.

Third, Trustoo, in my POV, this company is not recommended because it has a bad image since it plagiarized
some videos. I got the info from the news as you can see here. So it should be cancelled, I think.
