IMPLICATIONS IN TRANSLATION
Tuc Dup Hill
Tuc Dup Hill, located in Tri Ton district, An
Giang province, belongs to Co To Mountain. Its
name means flowing water at night — a romantic
name. Even though it is only 300 meters high, it
owns an obstacle and dangerous geography, with
rough cliffs forming caves getting through each
other like a bee hive.

Giang province (located in the Mekong Delta), is part
of and adjacent to Co To Mountain.
• Despite being merely 300 meters in height, the hill
presents/poses/proves an obstacle and treacherous
terrain (and thus appeals immensely to foreign
adventure seekers), with rough cliffs stacked on top
of one another and forming beehive-like caves.

burned with the pure flame of faith, felt so
deeply grieved at seeing the desecration
