 1. Guide parents how to buy books on Amazon

After we have a detailed list of books needed to buy for each of student according
to Phrase, Administrator will copy the link and send it to parents. Besides that, Mr.
Tim or Mr. Dereck also make a video about how to buy the books on Amazon

Administrator will not send links for students of Korean, Ms. Emma will do that
for Parents

 If parents have any question, parents will send an email to Mr. Patrice to deal
with, Administrators don’t help students buy books.

2. Email to parents about the class’s Administrator

Administrator will send an email to parents to introduce about their work that
relate to administrative work: school bus, meals at school, boarding (room and
bed), locker keys, students' ID cards, school's email, transcript (if requested).

3. Prepare for WASC meeting in next week

During the WASC meetings, there will be some room changes, so check Focus
Group meetings to agendas and cover class, know clearly that you are in the
auditorium or B404, and please be on time with a spirit of teams and support each
other the best you can.

4. Information about SNA new campus

The new SNA campus in Bien Hoa city will organize a Groundbreaking
ceremony. Therefore, NHG would like to invite SNA students to attend this
ceremony. Students will participate in the choral performance with NHG.
Administrator will support to send an email to their parents to ask for their
permission, and send back the result to MKT as soon as possible. The teacher
will take the students go to New campus (4 teachers) and they will be given a
half day off.
5. Others
Homeroom teachers will remind students to wear the correct uniform according
to the rules of the school.
When students lose their property, they will fill in the form and give it to
Administrator. After that, Administrator will send it to D507 to solve.
Currently, the problem of students' lunch is still quite inadequate because the
lunch time is too short.
Students and parents have the right not to sign in the form of using students’
photo and video if they do not want.
