Topic 1: Your favorite means of transportation

Hello teacher, my is VO DANG KHOA. I am eighteen years old and a student at

FPT POLYTECHNIC. Today, I would like to talk about my favorite means of
transportation. First, there are many means of transportation in HCM City such as
cars, taxis and bus but my favorite is motorbike. What I love most about the
motorbike is the convenience and speed. It has some advantages such as less fuel
consumption and easy of move. It has some disadvantages like traffic accidents and
environmental pollution due to emissions. I go to school by motorbike. It takes me
20 minutes to go to school. I sometimes take a bus Second, I want to talk about my
next vacation. I am going to travel to Vung Tau province for my next vacation. I
chose it because there is a beautiful sea and there are many delicious dishes. I am
going to go to with my friends. I go there by car. I am going to stay there for 2 days
and 1 night. I am going to swim and visit the beautiful scenery. I am interested in
swimming, taking a photo and seeing a sunset. That’s all about my favorite means
of transportation, my topic, and my speaking. That is the end of my speaking.

Hello teacher, my name is VO DANG KHOA. I am eighteen years old and a student
at FPT POLYTECHNIC. Today, I would like to talk about my shopping habits.

First, I am a shopaholic because fell like and fit the needs. For lose I usually by at
online. For food I usually by at market. When it comes to shopping, I prefer buying
online to buying at shops because Fast and convenient with many voucher codes. I
usually shoppe shop online. I often buy clothes, book… shoppe. My favorite
website to shop online shoppe because it’s fast and doesn’t take much time. I
usually consider price and quality because I will know if the quality and price is
good. I prefer to pay by credit card rather than by cash because it’s fast. Beside, I
also don’t like buy sale-off items because the quality will not be good. I Have a bad
expensive once on the shop delivered the wrong item. I often bargain because I am
not good at bargaining. That’s all about my shopping habits.

Topic 3: Vietnamese gestures and customs

Hello teacher, my name is VO DANG KHOA . I am 19 years old and I am a

students at FPT Polytechnic . Today, I will present topic 3: Vietnamese

gestures and customs

In Vietnam, people often greet each other with a formal handshake or bow

or wave. I often greet elders by bowing and saying polite greetings. I often

greet people younger than me by shaking hands and saying hello. I usually

greet my friends with firm handshake and say hello. I often light handshake

with my grandparents, mother, and friends. I like light handshake because it's

more polite and respectful of the other person. Greeting customs in Vietnam are

different from other countries, in other countries they greet each other with

hugs and kisses in a friendly way.

Vietnamese people who are younger than the other person must bow

politely and respect the person who is older than them. Their body posture must

be in the same position. I often give business cards with both hands and bow

my head to respect others. I take other people's business cards by hand and will

bow and say thank you before accepting their card. Vietnamese people often

make small talk when they are gossiping and talking about other people's

secrets. I should avoid topics of gossip and secrets because these are not good. I

will use my palm to point at someone. Vietnamese people indicate the number

2 with the index and middle fingers, and the number 3 with the index finger,

middle finger, and ring finger. In Vietnam, the notation holds hands and the

thumbs-up sign means what they see is done very well, or a good idea.

Topic 4: Your favorite movie

Hello teacher, my name is VO DANG KHOA. I am 19 years old and I am a

students at FPT Polytechnic. Today, I will present topic 4: your favorite

movie.

My favorite movie is Titanic. Titanic belongs to the genre of disaster,

romance, and epic. The film tells the story of the tragedy of the Titanic when it

crashed into an iceberg. The film was released on December 19, 1997. The film

features two main characters and all other supporting actors. I like the

characters, Jack and Rose. My favorite scene is the scene where the Titanic is

slowly sinking.

I watched movies at home and in the cinema. I often watch movies in

my free time. I watched the movie Titanic with my friends and girlfriend. I

have watched this movie over and over again. Titanic is a good, touching, and a

bit scary movie. I felt emotional after watching that movie. The meaning of the

movie Titanic is about tragic love. Yes, I would love to watch this movie again.
