Procurement
• Procurement adalah sebuah kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh sebuah perusahaan
untuk membeli barang, peralatan usaha, mesin-mesin produksi, atau bahkan
bahan-bahan bangunan, equipment reparasi, dan jasa yang sedang dibutuhkan
oleh perusahaan tersebut.
• Proses pengadaan ini sendiri terbagi kedalam 3 bagian, purchasing, expediting,
dan traffic.
• Dimulai dari perencanaan strategis, pengadaan tender, pemilihan vendor,
negosiasi pembayaran, pembuatan kontrak perjanjian kerjasama, penilaian
barang atau jasa yang akan terpilih, pembelian barang atau jasa, penerimaan
barang atau jasa, proses pembayaran kepada vendor, dan penilaian kinerja
vendor.
Purchasing
• Purchasing merupakan proses dari pembelian barang atau jasa, sehingga bisa dibilang Purchasing
adalah bagian dari Procurement.
