Project work
• A comprehensive report on a selected area with of around 10-
15 pages.
• Select an area which has a quality issue (long waiting in a
service point, product quality, customer satisfaction etc).
• Follow the steps of quality management mentioned in the
guideline.
• This is a group submission; however, requires effort and
contribution from each member in a group.
• It is expected that the project will be developed gradually;
therefore, it requires few submission following specific
deadlines.

Expected contents

• Organization part-Mid
• A problem specifically narrated (following SMART criteria)-Mid
• Type of problem the project is addressing (also include PDCA
model)-Mid
• Apply KANO model to address the situation-Mid
• Apply 9 TQM tools step by step-Final
• Come up with few recommendation-Final
• Conclusion-Final
• Reference, Questionnaire etc.
N.B. Final submission includes both Mid, Final and Presentation
Deadlines
• Final report: Apr 12, 2021
Evaluation
• Total Marks: 20 (10+10)
• Evaluation will be made based on both written and oral part.
• Meeting deadlines is one of main criteria of evaluation.
