1. On-line MCQ Test via RMIT BB – 20%. Topics covered: weeks
1 & 2 only. Open Book Test. Dates of test are from 22nd
August to 26th August 2016; 9 am to 9 pm Singapore time.
Duration : 30 minutes.
2. Written Test – 30%. Topics covered: weeks 3 to 5 only
(negligence and formation of contract). Open Book Test.
Format: 2 “scenario” questions. Date of Test: 7 September
2016 (Wed) 7 to 8 pm Singapore time. Venue: SIM Grand
Hall – 4th Level. Duration of Test: 60 minutes.
3. Final Examination – 50%. Format: 10 MCQ (10%) & 2
“scenario” questions (2x20m=40%). Duration: 2 Hr. 15 min.
