Instructions to
Tenderers
1. Scope of Tender :
•The successful Tenderer shall be required to execute the works and physical services as specified in the General Conditions of
Contract
2. Interpretation :Throughout this Tender Document:
•“day” means calendar days unless otherwise specified as working days;
• “Tenderer” means a Person who submits a Tender.
•“Tender Document” means the Document provided by a Procuring Entity to a Tenderer as a basis for preparation of the Tender.
3. Source of funds :
•Payments by the Bank, if so indicated in the TDS, will be made only at the request of the Government and upon approval by the
Bank in accordance with the applicable Loan / Credit/ Grant Agreement, and will be subject in all respects to the terms
and conditions of that Agreement.
