Job satisfaction refers to how well a job provides
fulfillment of a need or want, or how well it serves as a
source or means of enjoyment.
Job satisfaction is the degree to which individuals feel
positively or negatively about their jobs.
Job Involvement
Job involvement is the degree to which a person
identifies with his or her job, actively participates in it,
and considers his or her performance important to self-
worth
Organizational Commitment
Organisational commitment is the bond employees
experience with their organisation.

Broadly speaking, employees who are committed to their


organisation generally feel a connection with their
organisation, feel that they fit in and, feel they
understand the goals of the organisation
Perceived Organizational Support
the employees' “beliefs concerning the extent to
which the organization values their contribution
and cares about their well-being” (Eisenberger et
al., 1986, p. 501).
