Challenges
During the Use of excavation Notice by PRO. Some challenge has been Regarding the material of Excavation Notice( Sticker Paper).
1- The Excavation Notice( Sticker Paper) is not standing for long time on gates.
2- Material must be printed by supplier, which causes unstable delivery timing due to supplier schedule of work.
3- Supplier are providing bulk Quantities more than the just in time requires. Which causes inventory waste.
Furthermore, in case of any change on details of Notice of Excavation all the previous printed quantities are wasted.

What We Did
With numerous discussion with our SRE, RE, PD, PM, Stakeholder Manger, Pro Manger ,and PRO Team and , we decided to do the following action with agreement of GEC:
1- To Stop Using the Specified Material,
2- To Use Laminated paper Prepared and printed as per the next customer Need in order to eliminate the waste of inventory. And to increase the reliability of the material to
stand with the weather condition and the dust.
3- To print and laminate the Excavation notice in house to control the process and to save cost.
