I will present my Project.
 OBJECTIVES:

Perform a P020C code

diagnosis of the electronic
injection system of a 2010
Toyota Probox 1nz engine
with a Launch X431 scanner
to find and fix the fault.
INTRODUCTION:
The purpose of this work of Professional
Application we will be able to facilitate the
diagnostic process on the P020C code and provide
the corresponding solutions, in addition, teachers
will have a teaching module to facilitate student
learning and improve their practical classes, taking
into account the importance of safety when
carrying out work on this electronic injection
system in automobiles and thus they will be able
to solve any problem that may arise in said system.
 DESCRIPTION:

The toyota probox 1nz engine will be acquired for the

development of the failure simulation module, for this
reason we will use precision equipment such as the
launch x 431 pro scanner and the tooltech
compression meter accompanied by hand tools (keys),
consumable materials, kit of spare parts. change of
own engine, radiator and battery. All this will allow us
to carry out the preliminary diagnosis, then the
preliminary diagnosis worksheet will be designed.
The motor support structure will be
elaborated, for this, materials (iron) and
welding equipment will be acquired in
order to carry out the assembly and
disassembly for diagnosis,
maintenance, tuning and parts to
change, ensuring the cable branch for
future sensors in good condition.
Otherwise, we will make the change.
 CONCLUSIONS:

Due to poor performance, drop in correct

performance and possible overheating of a Toyota
Probox 1nz 2010 engine that has excessive fuel
consumption, which makes us dissatisfied with
the operation of said engine, we as students of
the IESTPFFAA of the Automotive Mechanics
career and future Professional Technicians, we see
ourselves in the obligation and ability to diagnose
the P020C code of the electronic injection system
to find the faults of said vehicle system and give
the corresponding solutions to the problem.
