DEFINITION
Receptionists are employees who have the duty to greet, serve,
provide information to visitors, customers or interested parties
regarding the desired goals and the receptionist must be a bridge
of information between the company management and the guest.
How to be a good and professional receptionist

Receptionist Responsibilities and Duties
1. Receive a phone call, and or forward it to the relevant department if it
is addressed to another department.
2. Welcoming guests who come and providing information and
directions related to their visit.
3. Arrange a schedule for meetings between guests and the company.
4. Serving complaints from customers.
5. Manage records related to the receptionist and perform simple
administrative activities.
6. Receive and forward incoming mail.
