The FridgeLog system has been developed to simplify the temperature monitoring in fridges and
fridge cells in supermarkets, food stores and laboratories of analysis or in every field where a
continuous control of the temperature is needed. It allows the central management of the
branches and a daily check on the acquired data through the implementation of the MKT (Mean
Kinetic Temperature).

 What is the MKT?
The MKT is a complex formula that allows to express a temperature curve with a single
temperature value, higher then the arithmetic mean and that considers the properties of
bacteria development in each product monitored.

It’s enough to compare the obtained value with the correct conservation thresholds: if it is
between these two thresholds the monitoring mission is considered good.
The FLI makes all these calculations for you and tells you immediately whether the acquisitions
are within the set parameters or not.
