The processes and activities in Quality
Management help to establish the policies, objectives and personnel responsibilities that aim to satisfy the needs for which the project was executed. Planning Quality involves identifying quality requirements and standards for the project and documenting how it will demonstrate compliance. Quality Assurance involves CHECKING the results from quality control measurements against the quality requirements defined in the quality management plan in order to ensure that appropriate quality standards and operational definitions are used. Quality Control involves monitoring and documenting results of quality activities to evaluate performance to aid in identifying and recommending necessary changes in the project output or process.
