For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ
Jesus, so we can do the good things He planned for us long
ago. Epehsians 2:10

In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they
may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven

MasterPiece/workmanship
 Dicionary definition: a work of outstanding artistry, skill, or workmanship
eg… "a great literary masterpiece“
 Generally its believed that an artist or writer is generally capable of creating only
one masterpiece in her lifetime
 God has put so much effort and though to create and design each one of us.
 No Mass Production

I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;

 your works are wonderful,

 our position, race, our nationality is all designed by God for a purpose

From one man He made every nation of men, to inhabit the whole earth; and He determined their

appointed times and the boundaries of their lands.

As they stretched him out to flog him, Paul said to the centurion standing
there , "Is it legal for you to flog a Roman citizen who hasn't even been found
guilty?" Acts 22:25
MasterPiece/workmanship
 Masterpiece has something special and unique which other product/thing didn’t or couldn’t do
What a problem one masterpiece solves other masterpiece cannot solve or cannot solve as
efficiently as the original.

 Celebrate who you are, your personalities, your physical attributes, your talents, your spiritual
gifts.

 No one is made to do everything great, each one of us are made to do something great. So
don’t try to imitate others, but celebrate your own uniqueness.

I am your Creator. You were in my care even before you were born. Israel, don't be terrified! You
are my chosen servant, my very favorite. Isaiah 44:2 ( CEV)
In Christ Jesus
If every one is a masterpiece…why not people behaving or functioning like masterpiece.

1. It’s activated only when a person is in Christ/believe Christ as Lord.

2. Lack of Knowledge
3. Walking in Flesh
its worries of this life and the deceitfulness of wealth ( Sin ) choke the word Mark 4:19
In Christ Body(Church)
our purpose is activated when we believe Christ.
But It can be function and fulfilled only when we become planted in the body of Christ( ie.. to be
part of Church).

Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it. 1 cor 12:27

A hand( Organ) if it’s detached from body is dead, it cannot function.

God planned for us long ago our Good deeds
What we need to do in this World is already planned by God. So He designed us in such a way that
we can do the Job efficiently.

We are made by God for God

To do good deed in Church

To do good deed in our workplace

your God given purpose is always aligned with your personalities, physical attributes, interest,
talents and spiritual gifts.
our good works has to bring glory to God

 For everything comes from him and exists by his power and is
intended for his glory. All glory to him forever! Amen. Romans 11:36

It’s a Good measuring yardstick

How to know the Plan of God in our Life

 Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God
transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then
you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing
and perfect. Romans 12:12

Allow the word of God to transform your thoughts then you will slowly
come to know about the Gods perfect and good plan in your life.
How to Accomplish our GOD given Assignment

 But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace toward me was
not in vain. On the contrary, I worked harder than any of them, though
it was not I, but the grace of God that is with me. 1 Corinthians 15:10

Even Paul has to Work hard. Don’t be lazy/lethargic/LukeWarm.

How to Accomplish our GOD given Assignment

Jesus Copy Formula

I don’t speak on my own authority. The Father who sent me has

commanded me what to say and how to say it.
John 12:49
So Jesus answered them by saying, “I assure you and most solemnly say
to you, the Son [a]can do nothing of Himself [of His own accord], unless it
is something He sees the Father doing; for whatever things the Father
does, the Son [in His turn] also does in the same way. 20 For the
Father dearly loves the Son and shows Him everything that He Himself is
doing; and the Father will show Him greater works than these, so that
you will be filled with wonder. John 5:19(AMP)
How to Accomplish our GOD given Assignment

YIELDING TO GOD

Jesus was never dependent on Him. He was totally dependent on God.

Yielding means total surrender( yielding full control to God).

Total surrender means… God’s choice becomes your choice. You don’t
have any choice.
Once we realize that God has already planned what to do for our life and
He designed us accordingly. Our only Job is to know that and to do that in
earth.
How to Accomplish our GOD given Assignment

BEING LED BY SPIRIT

But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all

truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears,
and he will tell you what is yet to come. John 16:13

 Romans 8:14 those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God

 Galatians 5:16,18 So I say, let the Holy Spirit guide your lives. Then you won’t be
doing what your sinful nature craves.
18. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law
( Exchanging/Trading your desire with God’s desire)

Exchange Formula
 Galatians 5:24, 25 Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the
flesh with its passions and desires.
Since we are living by the Spirit, let us follow the Spirit’s leading in
every part of our lives.

 Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but
Christ lives in me.

Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray,
believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them. Mark 11:24
Lords Prayer

1) Let your will be done on earth, as it is in heaven.

2) Give us this day our daily bread.
3) forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors , And
lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one

There are two things that block the plan of God to fulfill on this earth
1) your Sins and Unforgiving heart
2) devil
4) For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever and
ever
Conclusion ( Exchanging/Trading your desire with God’s desire)

So finally in Short…..

1)Understand you are a master piece,

2)called to do something special and great.

3)But to achieve this,

3a) you have to be led by the Spirit(Copy Formula)
3b) and you have to exchange your desires with God’s desire(Exchange
Formula).
