Role Activities

• Launch Pad within 4 weeks & Feature PPT only after they complete MSP
(new / renewal) (HT)
• Ensure Presenters’ Roster is updated in BNI Connect (HT)
• Give provisions for Launch Pad, HT, BVD & PT Focus Days in Roster and
Calendar (HT)
• Presenters Roster – 6 months – filled and prepared
• Share BNI approved FP formats to Members
• Collect the presentations and share to HT for approval
• Help members incase guidance is required
• Run the 6 weeks promo for each set of presenters

What you should guide the presenters to do:


6 Weeks- Ask Other Members for a List of Topics/ Questions about your
business
5 Weeks- Give the topic a mini preview using weekly presentation
4 Weeks- Tell Fellow Members the top five professions you would like them
to invite to your presentation.
3 Weeks- Invite 10-15 Clients, Friends and Family to hear your Presentation
2 Weeks- Follow up with the people invited and remind them
1 Week- Get Set and Rock🔥

• Collect the PPTs monthly if possible


• Learn the closed and open categories in your
chapter– watch out for clash category references
• Learn the formats
• Learn Branding guidelines
• Do 121 as per the FP Roster in 6 month calendar
• Follow the Promo guideline diligently
• Talk Business at the end of every follow up call
