Have you noticed same text located at the very top of every pages? Those texts are called header. What about the book title or page number at the bottom of the book? The text is called footer. It is easy to remember right? As easy as remember in the position of your head and your feet. Header and footer are often used to provide information like the chapter title, page number, topics name, title of the book, and many more to add header or footer in your document, click on the header or footer command icon under the insert tab. after you click, you will be offered different built-in styles. select styles that you like or redesign your own by selecting blank. when the header footer is added or active, the header & footer tools is visible to help you handle this feature. You can increase and decrease the header position from tub and footer position from bottom using command icon below. Or you going simply drag the header or footer margin located on the left most side of the document. And when you are done modifying the header or footer you may click on the clothes header and footer command icon.
