Training and development refers to educational activities
within a company created to enhance the knowledge and
skills of employees while providing information and
instructions on how to better perform specific work.
Training is defined by Wayne Cascio as " training consist
s of plant programs under taken to improve employee
knowledge, skills, attitude, and social behavior so that
the performance of organization improves
considerably,,"
Objectives of training and development
1: improving quality of workforce
Training and development help companies to improve the quality of work done by their employees. Training programs concentrate on specific areas. Dead by improving
the quality of work in the area f.

Every employee who takes development program becomes better at his job. Training provides perfection and required practice, therefore employees area able to
