debates by proving from the Scriptures that Jesus is the
Messiah

 Did not know the full gospel message about Jesus
 Knew only the baptism of John
 Needed to be instructed so that he could proclaim
accurately the Good News of God’s salvation
through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ
1) To be a tent maker like Paul
2) Our responsibility is to share the gospel,
conversion is by the Holy Spirit
3) To emulate Paul in sharing the gospel
daily/regularly
4) God will strength and encourage us in the midst
of trials
5) To know the Gospel accurately
6) To be willing to learn from more matured
Christians
7) To speak with boldness and courage the Gospel
8) To have a thorough knowledge of the Word of
God
9) To work alongside other Christians for the work
of God
