 CANDIDATE

• My name is Shahzaib and I got a graduate of Minhaj University and I

belong inside a small village belongs to Lahore

• What do you know about

our company?
CANDIDATE

I'm really impressed by your company's values and

mission statement. I find that many of the things that are
important to this company are also important to me.

• What experience do you have that would be

relevant to this role?
CANDIDATE

• I have four years of experience in this job because in

university I was doing an internship and after this, I
served three years in a company
INTERVIEWER

• Why are you thinking about leaving your current job?

CANDIDATE

• I feel undervalued in my current role and I looking for

a new challenge
• I want a job with better career growth opportunities I
had to leave due to family or personal reasons I don’t
like the hours at my current job.
INTERVIEWER

• What is a huge weakness of you

 CANDIDATE

• I focus too much on the details. I have a hard time letting

go of a project. I have trouble saying “no.” I get impatient
when projects run beyond the deadline. I could use more
experience.
 INTERVIEWER

• Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

 CANDIDATE

• Over the next few years, I want to explore and develop skills in
project management. In five years, I want to have gained experience
in leading projects for major clients. I will be looking for
opportunities to expand my responsibilities within this role to work
towards my goal.
