EVENT HANDLING SERVICES”

Objectives of the study

Objective: To study the Event Management services and come up with plans
and marketing solutions for development purpose.

Scope: The following points discuss scope of the Event Management services
in detail.

1)Importance of Market Value: You can understand the market value/


revenue of the event business after studying the Event business.

2)Establish your own business: After completion of the studies you can
establish your own Event Management business.
3) The creative challenge: For starters, If you’re someone game to exploring a
good challenge, then this one’s for you! When it comes to event
management, the force is with creativity. You get a chance to experiment,
diversify, re-invent or simply adopt.

Problem Statement:

1. To study why Event Management companies are closing in 2020 and take
necessary precautions and steps to ensure that the above problem is
solved.
2. To study the Event Management services and come up with plans and
marketing solutions for development purpose.
Research methodology & data analysis

Research Methodology: In this research the type of research undergone is


the Qualitative Research method & Observational Research method. I have
used primary data for this research.

responses explains that individual
people would want to participate in
an Event planning.
2. What kind of event would you prefer Out of total 53.8% of people would
to invest in? probably invest in workshops.
3. How much would you prefer to spend According to this pie diagram we can
on an event? conclude that most of the audience
would invest between 8K to 15K.
4. Do you prefer Indoor or Outdoor The above 69.2% of people prefer
events? outdoor activities.
5. Would you like to spend on the Almost half of the population from the
location? survey would like to spend on the
location.
6. Which type of menu do you prefer? 42.3% i.e the maximum population
prefer to be served with dinner in the
menus. So, we can collaborate with
people who serve the best dinner
menus to be in profit.
7. Do you prefer a preplanned theme in Most of the population i.e 80.8% would
your events? prefer preplanned themes
8. Do you prefer decorations based on 100% of the population would like to
the theme? adjust or decorate the event venue
according to the events theme.
9. Do you prefer your event with a host Half of the population would like their
or without a host? event to be hosted by a host.
Learnings
1. Understanding the meaning of Business Development in context with the
corporate world.

2. Importance of hosting an event in an individual’s life

3. Learning the importance of adjusting the budget for the entire event.

4. Studying the market value on the Event Management system.

5. Learning the importance of having good relations with the sponsors

6. How to prepare for an event from scratch

7. Working on different events gave knowledge about various domains of


industry.
Limitations
1. Lack of enough information as I was not able to collect every detail
information about the topic.
2. Time constraint is a big factor could be a big issue, as I must do this report
along with my regular office work
3. The depth of the analysis has been limited to the extent of information
collected from different sources.
4. As this study is taken by our limited participants and information based on
online content the result may differ according to the observations.
5. The data collected through questionnaire is restricted to 25 responses only.
