WAYS TO EMPOWER WOMEN

 Awareness- seen in the form of Aurat march on women’s international day. Serves to bring about a societal

change.

 Education- “educating girls yields a higher return rate than any other investment”- World Bank chief economist

 Strict implementation of laws against women abuse.

 Special courts for women where their cases are resolved quickly.

 State investment into various women organizations on community level. They do not have enough budget for their

ambitions.
WAYS TO EMPOWER WOMEN

 Enable a safe working environment for women to work.

 Should be given incentives so the number of female employees increases such as maternal leaves, transportation

etc.

 Increase representation of females in the upper and lower house. Women related issues need to be given

importance in the parliament.
