ANNOTATION I participated in different trainings/ webinars to hone


my skills especially in the new normal. One of it was the
webinar on how to edit video lessons. And from then, I
was able to edit video lessons from TVBI to Marungko
Approach Video lesson to my own video lessons.

Do you feel that this collection of work really reflects your abilities and
IMAGE what you have achieved this year through the LDM course? Why or why not
Reflection should describe your personal experience in implementing distance
LDM/s, show depth of analysis and synthesis of this experience, and relate it to
professional standards and to your professional and personal development
goals.
LDM Course 2 both the module-based and the practicum are indeed
challenges I’ve encountered in this new normal education. Yes, it is indeed
hard to grasp during its introduction because it is somehow new to me but after
the series of LAC for LDM2 course, it made me realized how important it is in
delivering the new normal education to the learners and even to other
stakeholders. The learning delivery as I can say becomes successful in this
new normal because of the LDM1 and LDM2 I believe. I firmly believe that this
LDM2 hones my capabilities, develops my responsibilities that I play a big part
for the success of the implementation of this new normal education. Despite
pandemic, education should not stop for if it stops, we lose human capital.
(UNESCO 2020) LDM2 plays a big role so education won’t be stopped.
Further, LDM2 specifically the building of portfolio and its artifacts,
undeniably are strong evidences that the tasks I am accountable for as a
teacher are really performed and carried out. Face to face is not allowed in this
new normal, but the LDM2 gives me some opportunities to be developed
professionally as a teacher by attending seminars through webinars and
different platforms that will be my weapons in continuing the teaching learning.
This course also develops my intrapersonal and interpersonal skills
towards my colleagues and other stakeholders. This made me a better leader/
teacher who can deal with the challenges that will arise. The experience and
learnings in this new normal give me wisdom, strength and confidence that
despite the many challenges, still we can say that we can make it. I am proud of
my work. I am proud that I have made efficiently my LDM2. This, I can say that
my LDM2 shows also my worth as a teacher.
