My Demo Reflection in Math

Some people saying being a teacher is an easy profession and I’m one of those
person. It is not because of degrading them, but because I saw on their faces the joy of
teaching and that’s proved me that this profession is easy. As I grew, I want to be a teacher
someday because I want teaching and that’s all matter. Time goes by, and I learned that being
this kind of profession is never easy at all, because you have to consume many efforts on
your chosen career. As a future educator of our todays generation, you must have the
courage, passion, and a long patience of what you want to be in the future specially being a
good and well dedicated teacher.
Being a teacher of a subject that most of us were getting bored easily because it is a
hard subject yet for some students is very interesting, is so challenging for a teacher for you
to listen in the discussion. Most of us don’t like math subject because of unending numbers,
problem solving, critical thinking and many others. The challenge for a teacher is to catch the
attention of the students and easily understand the lesson everyday. I learned a lot with all the
demonstration I’ve seen with all the efforts they had specially with the reward chips of every
demonstrator just to cooperate and listen everyone of us as their students.
Most demonstrators used strategies to catch our focus and attention to make their
objectives succeed because their target is to understand the lesson. I learned that math subject
would be very interesting with the child if the teacher will give appropriate teaching with
their students. Real life situation connection is one of the best way to understand deeply the
lesson. Even the subject is hard it will be fun for them and easy because they enjoy and
understand the lesson. They will not be bother with their fear that this subject is hard, instead
they will be interested about it. Keeping in minds of every student that education is important
and how they become more interested with every lesson everyday. Because it is not only the
knowledge and wisdom we’ve shared but the values and memories you create.
I also learned how teacher would be very patience and dedicated just to be the lesson
planned will be successful. Full of love and effort of being a teacher from the start of
planning until the end of execution. Hopefully someday I will become a teacher and proudly
say that my students not only get the knowledge and wisdom in me but also the happiness
and memories of every lesson that keep in their minds and they will never forget.
