Consulting Product Development

 R&D should be involved at reviewing the
project specification for potential gaps in
product functionality
 A workflow is created
 the workflow selects the required run-time
components and reduces tailoring scope
 the workflow is a development tool which
separates run-time components from
tailoring / customizing components
 Potential gaps in product functionality need to
be closed by R&D
 The product development is agile and SW can
be released after sprints ( duration 3 weeks )
 By default, the company’s release plan only
allows 2 releases per year

 Most of the TPiSCAN behavior can be tailored  Backend systems need to be adapted to
