Introduction

 Animal charity is an animal care project which includes care of dogs,


cats and Guinea Pigs.
 Budget – 800,000 GBP
 February – October 2021
 To accommodate 20 dogs, 20 cats and 10 guinea pigs as well as
separate accommodation for their quarantine.

The plastics industry is working on a range of initiatives to reduce
energy, increase recycling and prevent litter (Emerson, 2021).

The environmental cost to replacing plastic with alternatives


materials would be nearly 4 times greater.

Controlling Schedule

Every project manager must visit the project site 2 times a week to check project
current status, and report it to project controlling manager about progress.

If project found off-track at any time, project control manager must held meeting
with all other project manager and take necessary actions to brought project back
on-track.

After every 15 days we must have to compare project actual status with the planned
project.
