Suggested tasks of each member of the group:
1. Leader- holds meeting with group -leads the group in the submission and
consolidation of group report for the presentation of outputs -initiates
brainstorming/focus group discussion within the group for further inputs to the
presentation of outputs -monitors/supervises members' attendance during group
meeting/fgd - ensures teamwork within the group - provides assistance to the
rapporteur during the presentation, if needed - introduces the rapporteur and
members of the group before the oral presentation of outputs.
2. Rapporteur- receives instruction/s from the leader - in charge of the oral
presentation of outputs of the group - introduces/presents reporter during their
schedule of reporting - answers/addresses question/sharing reflected in the chat
pane.
3. Documenter- Receives instruction/s from the leader -collects groupmates'
individual activity reports - helps the leader in the collection and consolidation of
reports from the members - submits collected reports to the leader and rapporteur
- monitors the chat pane/raise hand icon throughout the presentation and read
sharing or questions and to be answered by the rapporteur, leader or any member
of the group
4. Members- cooperate, collaborate with the group to ensure teamwork and
success of group's work/presentation - perform assigned task efficiently - attend
virtual group meeting regularly - contribute insights/wisdom during group
sharing/fgd - share answers/insights during presentation/question and answer
