PUNCHING (BASIC SKILLS)

DEFINITION
• A punch is a striking blow with the fist.
• A strike is a directed physical attack with
either a part of the human body or with an
inanimate object (such as a weapon)
intended to cause injury upon an
opponent.
• A fist is a hand when the fingers are bent in
towards the palm and held there tightly.

1. JAB
