Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Why I can’t encode on my sheet?
Some cells contain formulas, which have to be locked to prevent being overwritten
by entries.
The cells on the working area are locked, I can’t encode any data.
Report the locked cells on your respective focal or the group chat if there are
locked cells on your working area. When reporting, use this format: (District,
School ,Name Of Sheet, Column Letter, Row Number).
This will help the technical team to easily find the locked cell.
The sheet/cell is still locked.
Since we are working on an online sheet, the changes may not reflect on your sheet
instantly. We suggest try refreshing the page and see if the cell/sheet is still locked.

Please immediately report to us if you think your data were removed.
The technical team is not removing any data on the harmonized sheet so
it may be accidentally removed by other personnel. We strongly advise
to please only work on your respective school sheets. Personnel should
