Introduction
• What is a feedback - Feedback is a reaction or information that
occurs as a result of actions or behavior undertaken by an individual
or group.
• FEED BACK - FED-BACK the action to the ouput of a product created
Objective
• Why do we need feedback – to know about the product, services , to
rate a performance .
• Why do we need feedack: Feedback provides a sense of engagement
and interactivity, and allows learners to take ownership of their
learning. Effective feedback shows learners their current level of
performance, and lets them know what they need to do to reach a
higher level
