Method 1:

1- The first thing you need to do is click on Report Issue from the error message.
2- You will now be taken to the Banking Transaction screen where you can enter your
name and email address.
3- Click on Submit after that.

Method 2:

1- Firstly, cancel your existing QBO account.


2- Once the account has been highlighted, click on Edit.
3- After clicking Edit Account Info, you must submit your information.
4- Once you have clicked "Save", you will be able to disconnect this account.
5- Then click Save and Close.
6- To renew the link, return to the dashboard.
7- You must now link your QBO account again with the bank account.
8- Re-enter your username and password to access your account.
9- The QBO account now shows updated transactions.
