CONCLUSION

People in the 18-35 age group are very knowledgeable and ready to adopt digital methods
when making investment decisions.

Most people over 40 are unaware of the digitalization of financial services, although they are
willing to take a step forward.

Trust in digital platforms is an important factor hindering people from making decisions.
Although digitalization is the future of the industry, awareness plays a vital role in its growth.

Therefore, if an organization wants to stand out in this field, it needs to prepare a best market

HDFC AMC

• HDFC Asset Management Company (HDFC AMC) is the investment manager to HDFC Mutual Fund (HDFC MF) the
largest mutual fund in India with total AUM of Rs.3955 billion as of March 2021, which is 14.17% of the overall AUM
• It has a diversified asset class mix across Equity and Fixed Income/Others. It has a countrywide network of branches
along with a diversified distribution network comprising Banks, Independent Financial Advisors and National
Distributors.
• The Company operates as a joint venture between HDFC and SLI. Currently HDFC Ltd, the holding company, owns
52.65% of the Company's equity share capital.
• HDFC AMC was incorporated as a public limited company on December 10, 1999 and obtained its certificate for
commencement of business on March 9, 2000. It was approved to act as an AMC for HDFC Mutual Fund by SEBI on
3 July 2000.
• The company has 227 branches throughout the country, with 1241 employees working. It also has around 70000+
distribution partners.
