Job interviews (interviews) are one of the most important ways for a company in
screening applicants who entered.
Interview is one of the most popular tools used for employee selection. Something
related to our bio to get some jobs.

3.Types of Job Interviews

1) Selection interview
- If there are more applicants for vacant positions from one person then a job
interview selection is carried out .to select which of them best meets the required
qualifications.
- Candidates who meet the qualifications will be included in the next interview.
These selection interviews are generally short between 15-30 minutes, but of
course every company .has its own patterns and plans.
2.) Brain Teaser Interview used by Microsoft when
looking for candidates for their offices. Now this type
of interview is often used by technology-based
companies. But now the banking, marketing and
finance industries often use this type as well. .Similar
to a case study interview, this type will also be a
benchmark for how far you are able to deal with a
problem.
3.) Job Market Interview The job interview/career fair has two purposes. .the first
is to conduct an initial assessment of the prospective candidates to be hired and
then to be invited to the company for a more detailed interview. The second is
because of the needs of companies that really want the interview process to take
place in one day. .This type of interview is usually found at job fairs.
4). Traditional Interview (One-on-One) This type of interview is often used and
you must be familiar with this type of interview. .company representatives, usually
HR and users will work together to make questions for a question and answer
session to find out if you are the candidate they are looking for

- Don't come late .
- Don't come to the interview unprepared
- Don't cut the interviewer's sentence
- Don't criticize or badmouth your current or former boss.
- Make sure you know the interview location
- Use formal bales, not slang .
- End the interview by asking what you should do next
