. ABSTRACT

 To find out dead bodies

inside water surface is critical task
for SDRF and other agencies
when accident or disaster
occurs on site.
 Most of these situations
occur when area is affected
by conditions like drought
 More often this is dominated by
 Suicide cases
 River water accidents
 Illegal trade and transport
 Human activities

INDRODUCTION

 Human body detection is not a new technology. Many types of human

detection robots were designed depending upon the applications and its
uses. During the natural calamities like flood and man made disasters , it
is difficult to rescue the human under-water . Tough detection work by
rescue team is done, it consume a lot of time. Here a simple human
detection robot prototype has been presented by using Arduino and
sensor networks which detects the human bodies inside water where man
cannot reach easily due to uneven circumstances.

PROBLEM STATEMENT

As water accidents are increasing day by day so it is require to

rescue people in disaster prone area. But sometimes situation is
sever that people generally lose their life. It is difficult for rescue
team to detect dead bodies under water. So we propose a sensors
and communication devices based project based on real time
monitoring mechanism.

We are focusing on human detection technique with the help of

technology and to minimize dependencies on insufficient rescue
operators.

. METHODOLOGY
  PROPOSED METHODOLOGY
 In our project we are implementing the underwater submarine
rover that can be operated from ground level and used to
monitor the underwater footage with obstacle sensor that may
work like sonar radar system. We are using PVC foam based
material for the structure and PVC pipes. The DC motors are
waterproof motors work on 5V DC. 2 Motors are for movement
of left - right and 2 motors are for up and down movement.
Ultrasonic sensor is on the bottom to see the obstacle below it.
The camera is fixed on front side and LEDs are on front panel.

. FUTURE SCOPE

 If camera technology can sense object in muddy water then

upgrade version of it can be use in muddy water to find
people nearby.
 Can be use in large scale in Flood Prone areas
 Can be used with ships and boats to minimize damage
 If compact size of proposed model is possible then man
made artificial fishes size structure can be used as floating
medium foe rescue and search operation.
