• Local citizen Maluku Tengah, Halmahera Selatan & Tengah complaining

difficult to access Data sepesific at site pagar butung
• We found that LC Telkom at Beam TEL10_1 having degradation starts at 27
Jun and getting worst at 8 aug 2021
• Since most of the sites under Beam TEL10_1 having problem at CSSR 4G
need further investigation to VSAT
• Symptoms are similar to problem at Beam TEL11 LC IFORTE at Teluk Bintuni
which Lead to complain with Bad user experience
• Also found 1 located Beam 6 which has degradation also from Beam TEL06
