Mass- Painless, 50% mass are located in upper quadrant.
Nipple discharge (May be blood or serum) Breast asymmetry Orange peel skin Dimpling of skin Nipple retraction Late signs- Pain, ulceration, edema. DIAGNOSTIC EVALUATION:-
Physical examination Mammography Biopsy or aspiration
