DEFENISI
 A physical examination or clinical examination is a
process by a medical expert examining the patient's
body to find clinical signs of the disease. The
results of the examination will be recorded in the
medical records. Medical records and physical
examinations will assist in the enforcement of
diagnosis and planning of patient care.
OVERVIEW OF PATIENT SCREENING.
 inspection is an examination using the sense
of vision, hearing and smell.
 Palpation is an examination using a sense of
palpation byputting a hand on the part of the
