Why?
Once upon a time, there was a girl

called Oaklee who lived with her

grandma. One day, snow fell on

the hills. “You have grown,” said

Grandma. “You need a big coat. I

will make you one.”

Grandma made a red coat.

Hooray! With this coat, I can roam

in the snow.”, cried Oaklee. “Do

not roam too much, please. Come

home to have toast at night,” said

Grandma.
Oaklee ran and ran in the snow happily. Oaklee got hot. Oaklee
put the coat on a tree branch. Then she ran with the flow of the
wind. She ran to the coast. When she came back, the coat was
not there. “Oh no! The coat is lost!” cried Oaklee.
Suddenly, there was a groan and a

moan. The coat was stuck on a

deer.

Oaklee made slow steps. The deer

was very still. Watch out, little

Oaklee!
Oaklee got the coat and ran quickly.

The deer ran too.
