● All orders cancelled by Riders or Customers after getting picked


up by the rider (but before being delivered to the customer) will
be returned by the rider to the restaurant

● The food will be returned immediately to the restaurant

● Restaurants are free to donate the food to the needy or re-use it

● Restaurants are not required to keep a log of returned or un-


returned orders but can reach out to inform foodpanda in case
an order is not returned

that cancelled by Riders or Customers
