方法一:通过菜单:交付管理 --> 问题单 进入

方法二:点击 首页面“问题单”图标进入

方法三:进入单个项目管理页面,点击“项目基本信息”中的“问题单”,进去后,在“查询问题单“下显示该项目下的问题单列表
创建问题单

可通过项目名称或代码、
合同号或者名称进行搜索
