involves multiple fatalities and/or significant
damage to an INDIVIDUAL.

Sharp or pointed objects can be hazardous and often cause


painful injures. Injuries include cuts, punctures, nicks, and
gashes that can lead to serious infections or diseases.

Inspect the around the house for broken glasses/ bottles, and
plates/bowls, knives, scissors, and pins.

Walk through your home and in the yard, identify


the hazards that can cause harm/danger to the well-

create a home that’s more suitable for the family,
